Victoria Vetter moved to Hoboken, NJ at the end of 2019, a few months after graduating from University at Buffalo (SUNY) with a degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in education. Her love of real estate and buildings stems from her 5 years of experience in NYC as a construction manager, building high-rise condominiums with luxury amenities and finishes. Victoria quickly realized the value in Hoboken when the pandemic hit not 3 months into her time here. Obsessed with the community feel and unlimited resources, she has come to consider Hoboken her oasis.

Victoria enjoys running along the waterfront in the morning before heading into work, which has provided tremendous opportunities to witness the sunrise over the Manhattan skyline. As much as she loves New York City, she’s always had an affinity for the views of its buildings, rather than the bustling involved with being located in New York City itself. It’s because of all the above that she set forth to get her real estate license in New Jersey - to help others discover and enjoy the beauty and uniqueness of its river-lined cities.
